Intra Continental Packages

For Intra-continental destinations, refer to the intra-continental payment and cancellation policy, and for intercontinental destinations, refer to the intercontinental payment and cancellation policy.

  • Short Haul Destinations: Domestic Trips, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Maldives, Mauritius, and similar destinations.
  • Long Haul Destinations: Europe, UK, Scotland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, South America, Jordan, Israel, and similar destinations.
Number of Days Prior to Tour Date Cancellation Amount
31 and More Days Booking Amount is Non-Refundable; credit note for balance.
30 to 16 Days 50% of the full Tour cost; credit note for balance.
15 Days or Less 100% of the full Tour cost.

Note: Actual airfare cancellation will be applicable. No refunds for non-refundable services. The cancellation policy is non-negotiable. 5% GST applies to the total cancellation amount. Cancellation fees may vary based on the destination and travel date (e.g., during events, peak season). Please confirm with your sales agent.

Inter Continental Packages

46 and More Days Booking Amount is Non-Refundable; credit note for balance.
45 to 31 Days 50% of the full Tour cost; credit note for balance.
30 Days or Less 100% of the full Tour cost.
