LEH PALACE :

high;The palace, a ruin, is currently being restored by the Archaeological Survey of India. The palace is open to the public and the roof provides panoramic

THE PANGONG LAKE :
Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 M). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometers at its widest point to which foreigners are permitted, is only some seven km along the southern shore from the head of the lake, but it affords spectacular views of the mountains of the
Changchenmo range to the north, their reflection shimmering in the ever-changing blues and greens of the lakes brackish water. Above Spangmik are the glacier and snow-capped peaks of the Pangong range.

KHARDUNGLA PASS:

1. Preamble
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between you (“Client” or “you”) and Glovent Holidays Private Limited (“Glovent,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging in any booking of tours or services with Glovent, you hereby consent to abide by these Terms. It is imperative that you read these Terms in their entirety.
2. Company Information
2.1. Glovent Holidays Private Limited is a duly registered entity under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office situated at “LUDHAR CHAND, VILL ALEO MANALI 3334, Barua, Naggar, Kullu, HIMACHAL PRADESH 175103.”
2.2. The Company provides a comprehensive range of travel-related services, including but not limited to FITS, group travel, customized itineraries, and adventure excursions across domestic destinations, international destinations, Visa Assistance, Passport Assistance, and other relevant services.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. The services offered by Glovent include, but are not limited to:
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1. Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a specified deposit is required at the time of reservation. All quotations provided are provisional and subject to alteration based on availability and pricing at the time of final payment. Any modifications to your booking, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, shall be communicated to you within seventy-two (72) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) of the occurrence of such changes.
4.2. Payment Policy: Payments must be executed in accordance with the Payment Policy presented at the time of booking (refer to Appendix A). Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR), with applicable exchange rates determined by the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the day of final payment.
4.3. Failure to Pay: Should you fail to remit the full payment by the designated due date, Glovent reserves the right to cancel your booking or services at its sole discretion.
4.4. Government Compliance: In accordance with current Indian governmental regulations, a Tax Collected at Source (TCS) of twenty percent (20%) shall be applicable to payments for international travel exceeding ?7 lakhs within a financial year.
4.5. Forfeiture Clause: Any cash deposits made into Glovent's bank accounts without the Company’s prior knowledge in relation to a booking shall be subject to forfeiture.
4.6. Note: Certain booking and payment terms may vary for domestic, short-haul, and long-haul destinations. The list of destinations is subject to modification, and the current classification along with specific terms can be found in Appendix A
5. Pricing and Inclusions
5.1. Pricing Policy: Prices are determined based on current availability and foreign exchange rates. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking and may be subject to adjustments due to fluctuations.
5.2. Inclusions and Exclusions: The services encompassed in your package will be explicitly detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not expressly mentioned shall be deemed excluded and must be settled separately.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Glovent. Cancellation charges shall apply as per the policy provided at the time of booking (refer to Appendix A). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within seven to ten (7-10) working days.
6.2. Credit Notes: In most instances, credit notes may be issued in lieu of refunds.
6.3. Non-Refundable Charges: Cancellation charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable. This includes instances of visa rejection where standard cancellation policies are applicable.
6.4. Responsibility for Travel Documents: Clients bear the responsibility for thoroughly reviewing all details pertaining to their travel documents, including visas and travel insurance, prior to the commencement of the trip. Any discrepancies or errors must be addressed promptly.
7. Itinerary Modifications
7.1. Modification by Glovent: The Company reserves the right to amend itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, political instability, or other factors beyond our control. Any such changes will be communicated to you promptly.
7.2. Group Tours: Group tours shall operate subject to a minimum participation of twelve (12) full-paying passengers. In the event that the minimum group size is not achieved, or due to cancellations, an alternative date or tour option may be offered. Refunds or credit notes will be issued for land portions, excluding any non-refundable expenses such as visa fees.
7.3. On-Tour Changes: During the course of the tour, itinerary modifications may occur due to natural disasters or safety considerations. Glovent will endeavor to minimize any disruptions to your travel experience.
8. Travel Insurance
8.1. Mandatory Insurance: It is strongly advised that all clients procure comprehensive travel insurance that encompasses trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage. Glovent shall not be held liable for any losses not covered by insurance.
8.2. Medical Conditions: Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions that may impede their ability to fully participate in the tour. Glovent reserves the right to request a medical fitness certificate.
9. Health and Safety
9.1. Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for fulfilling all health requirements, including vaccinations, pertinent to their destination(s). Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Glovent prior to booking.
9.2. Safety Guidelines: Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided during their trip. Non-compliance may result in termination of the tour without refund.
9.3. Adventure Activities: Participation in adventure activities is at the client’s own risk, and clients must ensure they are medically fit to engage in such activities. Glovent shall not be liable for any injury or loss of life resulting from participation in these activities.
10. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents
10.1. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s obligation to obtain and maintain valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Glovent shall not be liable for any issues arising from the absence of necessary documents.
10.2. Visa Assistance: While Glovent may assist in the visa application process, the approval of visas remains at the discretion of the respective embassies or consulates.
10.3. OTB Requirement: For ECR passport holders, an OTB (OK to Board) requirement may be necessary depending on the destination.
10.4. Document Validity: Passports must remain valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of return to India. For domestic travel, a government-issued photo ID is required.
11. Airline Guidelines
11.1. Flight Delays and Cancellations: Glovent shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines. Clients must liaise directly with the airline for assistance.
11.2. Baggage: Glovent is not responsible for baggage delays or losses incurred by airlines. Travellers must address such issues directly with the airline.
11.3. Additional Airline Charges: Any increase in government taxes, airfare, fuel surcharges, or airline taxes imposed prior to the issuance of flight tickets shall be charged additionally, irrespective of the booking date.
11.4. Flight Meals: Complimentary meals on flights are contingent upon the type of carrier booked. Low-Cost Carriers (LCC) may not include meals or water as part of the ticket price.
12. Accommodation Guidelines
12.1. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Standard check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM, subject to hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
12.2. Room Allocation: Room sizes and amenities may vary based on the destination and hotel category. Air-conditioned rooms may not be available in certain regions, such as Europe and domestic hill stations in India. Clients are liable for any damages incurred during their stay.
12.3. Additional Hotel Charges: City tax, mini-bar usage, and room services, if applicable, must be settled directly at the hotel.
12.4. Hotel Changes: Glovent reserves the right to change hotels due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of such changes as soon as practicable.
13. Transfers and Sightseeing
13.1. Transfers: Transfers are arranged in accordance with the itinerary and are not on a disposable basis. Clients must be punctual for all transfers, as delays may adversely affect the overall itinerary.
13.2. Sightseeing: Sightseeing activities may be subject to change or cancellation due to local conditions. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for unused services.
13.3. Self-Arranged Transfers: For certain customized trips, clients may be required to arrange their own transfers to departure points. Glovent will provide guidance on nearby accommodations if necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. Third-Party Services: Glovent acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and transporters). Glovent shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of the actions or omissions of these third parties.
14.2. Force Majeure: Glovent shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or pandemics.
14.3. Liability for Personal Belongings: Glovent shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings, including but not limited to passports, Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, and driving licences, during the course of the tour.
15. Conduct and Behaviour
15.1. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves with respect towards fellow travellers, local customs, and applicable laws. Any misconduct may result in the termination of services without entitlement to a refund.
15.2. Responsibility for Damages: Clients shall be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of their actions during the trip.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
16.1. Data Collection: Glovent collects personal data for the purpose of providing travel services. Such data shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for clients from the European Union.
16.2. Data Sharing: Client data may be shared with third-party service providers as necessary for the fulfilment of tour services.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1. Legal Compliance: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
17.2. Complaints Procedure: Should you have any complaints, please contact us immediately. We shall endeavour to resolve your complaint expeditiously.
17.3. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
17.4. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to Glovent's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or similar institutions located in [Insert Location], India.

22.2. International Travel Compliance: Clients must adhere to the laws and regulations of the destination country. Any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance shall be the responsibility of the client.
22.3. Customized Trips: Any modifications to customized trips requested by the client may incur additional costs.
23. Force Majeure Clause
23.1. Events Covered: This clause encompasses natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
23.2. Rights and Obligations: In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Glovent may cancel the trip, and the client may be entitled to a refund, less any non-refundable expenses.

24.1. For Short Haul Packages, refer to the Short Haul payment and cancellation policy; for Long Haul Packages, refer to the Long Haul payment and cancellation policy.
